As a Senior Recruiter, you will focus on recruiting talent at all levels and handling the entire recruiting life cycle to ensure a positive candidate experience. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Owning the recruitment process to execute against TA scorecard expectations
• Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategies, including building pipelines for current and future needs
• Manage a high volume of requisitions; 20-40 openings at a time
• Leads regular business partner meetings to educate on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and articulates updates to Sr. Leadership (RVPs, BU President)
• Handle offer process to include salary recommendations, and offer acceptance/rejection; collaborate with business partners on all negotiations
• Partner with HR and other key partners with ability to escalate issues and drive resolutions with very little input from direct leadership.
• Proactively pipelines passive talent and owns strategic sourcing including use of sourcing tools such as Indeed/LI, and ability to utilize other key tools
• Acts as a key point of contact and proficient user for the ATS with exemplary req management skills and ability to train others on the correct use of the ATS

 

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of high volume/light industrial recruiting experience

 

It’d be great if you also have:

• 5 years of recent experience recruiting in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Recent high-volume/light industrial recruiting experience
• Experience in logistics/transportation industry, specifically supporting Last Mile/Final Mile business
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, researching candidates and cold calling.
• Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/working with business partners; capability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment
