Full Stack Developer

We currently have a vacancy for a Full Stack Developer fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated and closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team, on-site.

Your tasks

• Development of front-end website applications and design of user interactions on web pages but also development of back-end website applications and cloud-native applications;
• Development of automated tests and data quality controls as well as production and management of test data;
• Creation of servers and databases together with cross-platform optimization combined with testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues;
• Design responsive applications and APIs together with participating in the design and creation of scalable software;
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement;
• Set up and maintain a DevSecOps and Application Lifecycle Management environment as well as take over, further elaborate, and migrate prototypes to a production environment;
• Maintenance of code integrity and organization and carrying out one-off data migrations.

Requirements

Degree in IT, combined with professional experience of a minimum of 15 years of experience;

• At least 10 years of experience in front-end languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, and CSS as well as back-end such as Java, .Net, PHP, Spring Boot, and Hibernate;
• At least 10 years of experience in code versioning tools such as Git or SVN;
• At least 7 years of experience in SQL or NoSQL database design and development technologies such as Oracle, MongoDB, PL/SQL, and Oracle SQL Developer;
• At least 7 years of experience in secure programming and IT security;
• At least 5 years of experience in JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Angular and Bootstrap;
• At least 5 years of experience in DevSecOps practices and tools, such as Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, SonarQube, SoapUI, Bamboo, and Jenkins;
• At least 5 years of experience in the configuration or development in a cloud environment, preferably Azure or AWS, cloud-native or hybrid;
• At least 5 years of experience in container technologies such as Docker, Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes;
• Excellent command of the English language.
