Position Salary Range: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
Paid time off:
- An accrual of 80 hours of Vacation.
- Up to 6 paid sick days per year. (varies based on state sick leave laws)

Job Summary:
In this position, an individual will assist in the day-to-day functions of Real Estate, Development and Construction Management. Core responsibilities will include land use entitlement, permitting, design review, architectural/engineering coordination, tax credit applications, financing applications, lender/investor closing checklists, running the coordination meetings with construction, development and project management, and other real estate related functions. Backup responsibilities will be needed from time to time, those tasks include preparing documents for signature, scanning documents, filing hard and electronic copies of documents, assisting with phones, mail, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents for signature.
- Scan documents.
- File hard and electronic copies of documents.
- Keep copiers ready.
- Coordinate Mail, FedEx, and package receipt and delivery.
- Generate letters and correspondence.
- Coordinate conference calls and meetings including invitations and scheduling.
Skills:
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office – Intermediate to Advanced level Excel
- Excellent follow-up
- Ability to work independently on projects from start to finish.
- Exceptional communication skills and intrapersonal skills with the ability to work with various types of people across our organization (development, construction, property management and asset management)
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some college or college degree is a plus
- 2-3 years administrative experience in an office or professional setting
- College Degree or professional training is a plus.
