How you will have an impact

• Lead and manage a team of therapist success representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members for performance discussions, feedback, and developmental opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for therapist success, aligning with the company's mission and objectives.
• Anticipate industry trends to position Luna Care as an industry leader, fostering excellence and innovation.
• Drive the integration and optimization of Luna's technology for enhanced patient care and user experience.
• Enhance Physical Therapist retention rates and optimize treatment capacity through targeted initiatives.
• Oversee the establishment and maintenance of strategic Physical Therapist partnerships.
• Utilize analytics to assess therapist and team performance, making data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovation and addressing evolving needs.
• Act as a departmental representative, handling critical situations and ensuring continuity.
• Develop and execute onboarding processes for new providers.
• Manage relationships with all platform providers, ensuring strong partnerships and effective communication.
• Identify and propose solutions to improve processes, workflows, and systems.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate team and individual performance, ensuring goal achievement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, implementing strategies to optimize team performance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business).
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or technology-driven environment.

• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, Physical Therapist services, and emerging trends.
