Entry Level Event Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown

• Help manage registration, event materials, and on-site logistics

• Engage attendees with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude

• Gather attendee feedback and help track event performance

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends

• Bonus: Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotions is helpful but not required
