About The Role
The Field Sales Manager role is responsible for leading defined area of teams to deliver market leading retail sales and growth. They will be instrumental in driving profitability and sustainability through retail sales and ensuring that we provide consistent magical customer experience across the area retail estate. The Field Sales Manager will demonstrate inspirational field team leadership and commercial acumen; consistently striving for excellence, delivering against profit objectives, and championing the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty culture. They will strive to exceed in all Key Performance Indicators including: footfall and conversion, average transaction value, customer experience, data capture, social advocacy and eNPS scores both in the air and on the ground.
As our Field Sales Manager you will
Drive commercial Leadership of the area
- Deliver retail sales in line with forecast commitments, achieving total retail sales across the area, delivering regional performance, and driving ongoing KPI improvement (covering new customer acquisition, ATV, and return booking)
- Feed into the store level forecasts set by the commercial team, and align on associated targets with the Regional Sales Manager
Build a High Performance Team of Store Leaders
- Lead and manage the team of Managers in your region, ensuring each manager has clear objectives in line with the sprint process
- Manage efficiency between both physical and virtual store visits and the field relationship between yourself and the Field Training Manager
- Work with the Retail People Partner of the region to support you in the delivery of your people plan, which will be drafted in collaboration with the Field Training Manager.
- Lead initiatives and actively encourage action plans to address engagement needs identified from Employee Survey, building a culture of inclusion and motivation within your defined area
- Work alongside the Field Training Manager to ensure commercial and training needs are met within the region
Develop and Execute the Retail Strategy
- Work in close collaboration with the Field Training Manager and commercial and marketing teams to develop a launch and sustain plans for every new store launch and/or product launch. In which all Charlotte Tilbury Beauty stores reach #1 ranking.
- Champion the differentiation of the department store concession ( De Bijenkorf, and Specialty model (ICI Paris XL), contributing to the marketing and service initiatives in both environments, based on customer and store insight.
- Work closely with the Pro Artistry team to support the creation of artistry centres of excellence in our flagship stores and a high level of artistry in all
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to drive brand awareness, performance, and market share across the region, with a particular focus on the social presence of the retail teams
- Set standards across the estate for executional excellence, supporting the development and embedding of new processes and working cross-functionally to improve brand presentation and NPD moments in store
- Work with the Retail Operations Team to ensure communication with the store teams is effective and timely and feedback fluidly where improvements can be made
