Job Summary
Maintains the databases and files for the Office of General Counsel. Assists the attorneys and paralegals on special projects, as needed.
Essential Functions
- Scans and uploads documents and executed contracts.
- Updates database and communicates with appropriate individuals about updates.
- Maintains client and open matter list; becomes very knowledgeable of lists.
- Organizes and maintains file room; creates files.
- Prepares and processes annual reports.
- Updates and maintains resources and reference lists.
- Performs various administrative tasks.
Physical Requirements
Work occurs in a busy office environment. Work requires sitting for long periods of time.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced computer skills; extensive experience with electronic databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 1 year employment experience in an office environment.

Base Pay: $28.05-$42.10
Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training
