Temporary Hybrid solutions can be explored for suitable candidates.</p> <p><strong>In this role, the essential functions are</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Provide engineering leadership as Technical Lead on multiple chemical and energetics development and manufacturing programs, including supervising engineering teams, managing technical execution with program management, maintaining technology roadmaps with risk and mitigation plans, and serving as lead technical reviewer on program reviews.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Apply materials science and engineering expertise to evaluate and critique propellant formulations, rocket motor designs, and energetics manufacturing plans for performance and risk, and develop new manufacturing tools, methods, and capabilities to expand capacity, increase productivity, and close identified technology gaps.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Develop and maintain executive, program management, and technical relationships with government and industry customers;
