Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and HSE Manager to ensure and maintain a safe working environment within the warehouse.

Train production and warehouse associates in the cycle count process and inventory transactions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Conduct audits on outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and proactively identify and address any potential discrepancies.

Problem-solve to identify the root causes of inventory errors, and actively participate in inventory preparation and execution.

Ensure the consistent implementation of 5S practices throughout the warehouse to promote organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
High level of commitment and flexibility
Willingness and ability to 9:30 am-6:00 pm shift
Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment

Mechanical troubleshooting skills is a plus
