Job Description
- Manage and support the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit
- Advise managers and employees on HR topics, employee relations, and compliance matters
- Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and processes in coordination with International HR
- Handle the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Coordinate compensation topics, salary adjustments, and payroll communication
- Maintain and update HR tools, systems, and employee records
- Drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and KPIs to support strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in an HR department
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and employee relations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives
- Confident working with HR systems and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and advisory skills in both English and Spain
- Hands-on mentality, structured way of working, and strong problem-solving skills
