Sr. Director, MXDR Program Management

 

Reporting to the VP, MXDR Architecture, the Sr. Director, MXDR Program Management will lead the team on planning, integration, administration and engineering of SAAS based platforms for use in Managed Security Service delivery (MXDR & MXDR).  Additionally, Sr. Director, MXDR Program Management will work internally to advocate for the needs of the MXDR Platform Architecture & Alliances organizations.

 

You will partner with leaders across Deepwatch to ensure we're achieving our mission in a way that creates confidence in our ability to deliver high engagement product experiences that impress our customers.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Lead product management and process development of managed security SAAS programs, including transition between product development and operations
• Develop and implement robust processes and procedures to support the transition between product development and operations phases
• Establish clear workflows, guidelines, and documentation to ensure smooth handoffs between teams and minimize disruptions during transitions
• Lead change management initiatives to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product roadmap execution

• Continuously evaluate and refine processes to adapt to evolving business needs, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

• Experience in program management at scale to include PMI and six sigma process creation and optimization of processes
• Deep understanding of managed security services, cybersecurity technologies, and SAAS delivery models
• Proven track record of success in leading SAAS product initiatives
• Understands firm fixed price, per unit pricing, SIEM, and CrowdStrike technologies.
• Experience with large scale program management
• Experience in large scale process creation, six sigma, lean management, and PMI a plus
• Experience in MXDR, CrowdStrike, SIEMs, end to end processes from sales to engineering to production
