Girl Scouts of Central Indiana serves 45 Indiana counties, nearly 16,000 Girl Scouts and over 10,000 adult volunteers. We are the proud facilitators of Girl Scout camp at five Indiana locations, conveners of thousands of Girl Scout programs with nearly 600 community partners and serve thousands more community members each year at our STEM Center of Excellence and Founders Lodge Event and Conference Center.
What You Will Do:
The Cookie Cupboard Manager supports the goals of the Product Program Department, helping to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of the Cookie Program.

Wednesday 1:30pm – 6:30pm or Wednesday 2:00pm – 6:00pm
Thursday 1:30pm – 6;30pm or Thursday 2:00pm – 6:00pm
Friday 1:30pm – 6:30pm or Friday 2:00pm – 6:00pm
Saturday 8:30am – 1:30pm or Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm
These hours are dependent on orders placed by volunteers in eBudde.
How You Will Lead:
· Inventory management (taking an opening and closing inventory).
· Pull and fill troop cupboard orders.
· Reporting to the cupboard auditor at the end of each working day.
· Attending Cupboard training.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Other duties as assigned to support the goals and objectives of GSCI.
· Follow and Support GSCI policies and procedures.
· Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

· Information Management- Accesses, organizes, and manages information effectively; maintains basic computer literacy with relevant software (i.e., databases, word processors and web management); keeps accurate and effectively organized records (i.e., spreadsheets or databases of donors, benefits, budget information, filing systems); seeks out and applies new technology in own program area to improve work processes.
