PURPOSE
As a Manager of Product Management, you will split your time between leading a small team of product managers and directly owning a key digital product within our Loyalty team within the Customer Retention Value Stream. You will focus on strengthening guest relationships and increasing the value of our loyalty platform. Success will be measured by growth in member count, loyalty-driven sales, and overall customer lifetime value.
The Manager will be responsible for developing talent while remaining actively involved in product execution. You will coach and support a small team of product managers, helping them grow their skills and drive impact, while still owning and delivering outcomes for your own product area. You will define and deliver roadmaps, use data to drive prioritization, write epics and user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch scalable, guest-centric solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & development for a team of ~1-3 product managers working across multiple product areas in the Loyalty area under the Customer Retention Value Stream, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Product execution and strategy: create and drive product roadmaps, epics, and user stories ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities.
Collaborate closely with the Product leadership team, Engineering, UX, PMO, and other key stakeholders to drive seamless product development and execution.
Data-driven decision-making utilizing customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions and validate business impact.
Communicate effectively as a Product Leader on the Customer Retention Value Stream, ensuring transparency, alignment, and operational efficiency.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: 4-Year Degree
Preferred: 4-Year Degree or Graduate Degree in business, computer science or a related field
5 plus years' experience in product management, or a related field
1 plus years’ experience in people management
Strong technical background with experience in software development, cloud technologies, APIs, or enterprise solutions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum m
