Product Marketing Manager

As part of the Mobilize GTM Team you will provide go-to-market strategies, product and market requirements, marketing plans, sales enablement tools and business development efforts for the Modernize and Mobilize (M&M) Business Unit at GAP. You will translate technical features into compelling value propositions and develop marketing materials and messaging to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to our target audience.
This Product Marketing Manager role will play a vital part in ensuring we continue to differentiate our solutions in the industry with marketing initiatives, go-to-market strategies and long-term marketing plans. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will partner closely with sales, partners, engineering and other teams to build messaging and programs, and execute go-to-market plans that drive revenue to grow the M&M business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our automated source code modernization tools and services.
- Create product messaging, value propositions, and positioning statements to effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
- Create and manage marketing collateral such as product datasheets, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to gather technical product information and insights.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Closely monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to inform product marketing strategies.
- Partner with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and training programs.

- A background in technology and programming with a strong technical aptitude and ability to deeply understand product functionality.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities — working directly with sales, engineering and partners to understand key client and market issues, and working with the GAP team to define the best strategy for success.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements for Consideration:
- 4-6 years of experience in product marketing.
- Background in programming, DevOps, programming languages with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Attitude defined by personal values, curiosity, creativity and perseverance.
- Proven ability to effectively articulate and showcase technology for different use-cases, and to different types of audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in growing a product community.
- Product marketing experience in at least one of the following: Cybersecurity, endpoint management of vulnerabilities, patching, or compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English language.
