Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer<br><br>Location: Stockholm, Sweden<br><br>Work Mode: On-site (100%)<br><br>Assignment Period: 10 August 2026 – 31 December 2026<br><br>We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to join an exciting project in Stockholm. In this role, you will help build and maintain secure, automated, and scalable software delivery processes while collaborating closely with development, operations, and security teams.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Integrate DevSecOps practices into software development and operational processes.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Implement automated security controls, including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates).<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support containerized environments and improve deployment automation.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive continuous improvements in security, monitoring, and deployment processes.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coach development teams on DevSecOps best practices.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work in a SAFe Agile environment and participate in Agile ceremonies.<br><br>Required Qualifications<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Several years of experience as a DevOps or DevSecOps Engineer in complex environments.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, including YAML and Classic Pipelines.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps principles.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates).<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with container technologies.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication and collaboration skills.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working in SAFe Agile or a similar Agile framework.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.<br><br>Preferred Qualifications<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Azure or DevSecOps certifications.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with SIEM, cloud monitoring, and security operations.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust architecture.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with AWS or Google Cloud.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience from regulated industries such as banking, finance, or insurance.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;SAFe certification.<br><br>Personal Qualities<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proactive and solution-oriented.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong collaboration and communication skills.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Structured, quality-focused, and able to work independently.
