Job Description

Job’s mission

The Commercial Operation Specialist drives sales force effectiveness in Italy, focusing on CRM, segmentation, targeting, sales tracking, and incentives. They contribute to generating strategic insights for the Customer Facing Team (CFT) at the local level.

What you’ll do:

  •     Manage local sales data and implement EMEA sales tracking tools.
  •     Implement EMEA segmentation and targeting methodology in collaboration with the sales team.
  •     Analyze monthly sales indicators and KPIs to support decision-making processes.
  •     Act as a CRM expert and support the training of local teams.
  •     Optimize CRM usage and ensure accurate call recording information.
  •     Provide analysis on territory alignment and supply optimization.
  •     Derive insights from sales, market, and competitor data to support local leadership.
  •     Propose continuous improvements to sales management and the General Manager (GM).

 

    Qualifications

    What you’ll bring to the role

    •  Business school degree or equivalent, with a major in data analysis.
    •  At least 1,5-2 years of experience in a commercial role and 1 year in Sales Force Effectiveness (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
    •  Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).
    •  Advanced experience with CRM tools (e.g., OCE, Salesforce).
    •  Project management experience and proficiency with databases and IT applications.
    •  Business proficiency in written and spoken English.
    •  Familiarity with the application of AI in the pharmaceutical industry.
    •  Cross-functional collaboration and customer-focused mindset, with flexibility to travel, including internationally.
