This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:

an Applications Solutions Architect to act as a trusted advisor to RingCentral’s enterprise and strategic customers, with a focus on designing and supporting application integrations and custom solutions. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify customer requirements and ensure RingCentral’s platform aligns with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Account Executives to drive pre-sales technical engagements with prospective customers.

• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, technical environments, and integration needs.

• Design custom solutions using RingCentral APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.

• Deliver compelling product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and architectural designs tailored to the customer’s use case.

• Provide technical guidance during RFP/RFI responses and solution workshops.

• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to provide feedback on product improvements.

• Support post-sale transitions and ensure smooth handoff to implementation and support teams.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role, preferably in a SaaS or UCaaS company.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and application integration best practices.

• Experience with at least one major programming/scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js).

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience with RingCentral products or competitors in the UCaaS/CCaaS space.

• Knowledge of telephony concepts, SIP, and VoIP protocols.
