About the Team

The DoorDash Enterprise Grocery team sits on the New Verticals Enterprise Team and manages the strategic vision, acquisition, management, and development of grocery partnerships in the United States. Given the scale of our grocery portfolio, this team is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on builder and leader to help own key areas of our Grocery business. The Enterprise Grocery Partnerships Senior Associate will own a merchant portfolio driving the adoption and development of mid-size grocery partners across the DoorDash platform. We expect this role to be flexible in terms of time spent remote and in-office.

• Lead strategic and operational efforts to scale a portfolio of brands
• Develop long-term business plans alongside our partners for their omnichannel customer strategies
• Minimize churn and redirect our partners to opportunities of expansion, using DoorDash products
• Work cross-functionally with our Merchant Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Sales teams to drive efficiencies via the creation and optimization of scalable internal processes

Qualifications:

• You have 2+ years of experience in high-performance cultures (whether in tech, account management, business development, management consulting or related experience)
• You are comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts
• You are passionate about using analytics to build insights around problems and opportunities. Proficient with SQL and experience creating data/reporting (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• You have proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions 
• You manage a book of business, with clients in small to mid-sized markets
• You have a bachelor’s degree, MBA or other advanced degree a plus
