About the role

Description: 

As a Program Manager focused on Release Management, you will facilitate cross-functional teams in planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering software releases for Oracle Health platforms and applications. You will work closely with teams from product, development, compliance and regulatory, go to market, sales, legal, and general stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive planning and coordination of activities for release management processes across multiple product lines.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive release strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish and optimize release processes, including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and communication.
  • Monitor and report on release metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement of release cycles.
  • Collaborate with teams to both ensure adherence and improve efficiencies in working through healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Manage team and product based dependencies to effectively drive timelines.
  • Drive post-release reviews and implement process improvements based on lessons learned.

Proven ability to drive initiatives to completion by overseeing all aspects of execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, and adapting to evolving challenges, all while recognizing time criticality and where appropriate acting with urgency and initiative to drive to completion in a timely manner. 
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build deep relationships and collaborate across functions (product, engineering, sales, marketing, strategy) to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
    Innovative Problem Solver: Willingness to challenge norms, think creatively, and adapt strategies to drive efficiencies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex strategies and build compelling business cases.
  • Technical Acumen: Technical proficiency working in various internal tools and systems (E.g. confluence, SharePoint, excel, etc.)
  • Healthcare System Expertise: Deep understanding of healthcare systems, patient health metrics, and industry dynamics.

Preferred Experience:

  • Program or project management experience in industries like healthcare, life sciences, or payer markets (e.g., Veeva, Epic).

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
