Public Engagement Assistant – Entry Level

We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Public Engagement Assistants. This full-time, in-person role involves supporting nonprofit outreach efforts by engaging directly with the community at events and public spaces.

No experience necessary — we provide full training and mentorship!

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit causes at local events and community outreach programs

• Engage with the public by sharing information and answering questions

• Encourage community support and involvement

• Assist with event setup, promotion, and materials distribution

• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach goals

Who You Are

• 18+ and available for full-time, in-person work

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking face-to-face with diverse audiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn

• Passionate about making a positive impact in the community
