• Current Shift Needs-Sunday day shift 7a-7p, Monday night shift7p-7a, RN Pay Rate $29/hr. and LPN Pay Rate $25/hr.
• Current Shift Needs- Night shift 7p-7am, (any night of the week), RN Pay Rate $35/hr. and LPN Pay Rate $30/hr.
• One to one patient ratio in-home with patient

Responsibilities:

Every day is different in Home Care. Our Home Health Staff care for ill, injured or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in private homes. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida
• Successful completion of skills assessment(s) specific to area(s) of experience
• Current hands-on CPR certification
