The Role

The Human Resources Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle and day‑to‑day HR operations, partnering closely with employees, leaders, and the HR team to ensure programs, policies, and systems operate smoothly. This role balances hands‑on administration with process improvement and employee education, leveraging UKG Pro to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.

You’ll support the HR team by maintaining accurate systems and smooth processes while contributing to a growing global organization focused on scalable, best-in-class employee programs. This position reports to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations:

• Maintain accurate employee records from hire through termination within UKG Pro, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Provide timely reporting, employment letters, and responses to information requests.
• Support employee surveys, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
• Partner with HR leadership on employee changes, performance processes, employee inquiries, and exit activities.
• Assist with policy implementation, education, and updates based on employment law changes.
• Lead employee engagement activities and programs that continuously improve the employee experience and support organizational culture goals.
• Follow established SOPs while contributing to process improvements and special projects that elevate the employee’s experience.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

• Manage employee programs, perks, subsidies, recognition, and service awards with a focus on continuous enhancement
• Support compensation reporting, documentation, and analysis as needed
