Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee and manage plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while meeting all code and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from planning through closeout

• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

• Work closely with estimators, foremen, general contractors, and owners

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations

• Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety

• Resolve project issues and conflicts efficiently

• Track project costs and approve invoices and purchase orders

• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing or mechanical construction

• Previous project management experience required

• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and codes

• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Valid driver’s license
