Spanish-speaking E-Commerce Customer service Assistant (Athens-on site)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, B&F Group is searching for a Spanish-speaking E-commerce Customer Service Assistant.

B&F Group is the biggest Greek clothing retailer that manages two brands: BSB & LYNNE. With more than 40 years of experience in the fashion industry, the group distributes clothes in more than 22 countries and has an extensive presence in Eastern Europe.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Process orders received from our company’s e-commerce platforms.
• Communicate with our warehouses for order fulfillment issues.
• Manage incoming customer communication (emails, social media, calls, etc.) regarding complaints, order-related issues, and other website inquiries.
• Process e-commerce returns and refunds.
• Monitor daily and monthly KPIs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker.
• Fluency in English, especially in written communication.
• Previous customer support and/or order fulfillment experience of at least two years.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Accounting skills will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
• Team player, with a strong work ethic and high sentiment of accountability.

• Fluent Greek speaker.
