Job Description:
The Patient Growth Manager plays a critical role in advancing patient growth initiatives across OneOncology’s partner practices. Reporting to the Director of Physician Liaisons, this position works closely with practices to enhance physician referrals and drive patient engagement. The Manager will provide strategic marketing guidance, drive digital engagement efforts, oversee the centralized website platform, reputation management initiatives, and monitor performance metrics to achieve growth objectives. The Manager will need to be able to work autonomously, communicate clearly and manage multiple projects and practices at the same time. This role demands a proactive, data-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving measurable patient growth outcomes. This role must be comfortable with presenting and leading practices in marketing goals and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with partner practices to develop physician liaison materials that drive patient referrals and growth.
Recommend and support social media strategies aligned with patient engagement goals.
Provide expertise in website optimization, emphasizing SEO and SEM best practices to improve patient accessibility.
Guide the implementation of reputation management strategies to enhance patient experience and retention.
Analyze marketing audits to identify best practices and recommend actionable growth strategies.
Leverage analytic platform to generate insights for effective physician liaison and social media campaigns.
Offer input on budget allocation for growth-focused marketing activities to maximize resource efficiency.
Ensure co-branding consistency across OneOncology and partner practices by collaborating with corporate marketing.
Partner with the compliance team to guarantee that all marketing strategies and materials meet regulatory and compliance standards.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media outcomes) to measure progress toward growth objectives.
Work with practices to refine marketing strategies for improved patient acquisition and retention.
Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer
Key Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, InDesign and PowerPoint
Experience in graphic design or creative project management is a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
Knowledge of backend website builds
Agency/vendor management experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; marketing preferred
5-7 years of experience in marketing, healthcare preferred
Travel flexibility to support practices across regions
Location
- Nashville, TN with flexibility for remote locations. Candidates based in MN (Minnesota) or CO (Colorado) strongly preferred.
