Automotive Technician – Acura of Laurel
Laurel, MD | All RoadsAll Roads in Laurel, MD is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing Acura team! The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing both minor and major vehicle maintenance and repairs with little to no supervision across the full line of Acura vehicles. We are currently hiring mid-level to experienced technicians.

Compensation & Schedule

• $20–$35 flat rate per hour, based on experience
• Full-time role with benefits
• Sign-on bonus available up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

• Perform light vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions
• Record brake pad and tire wear measurements
• Complete vehicle flushes
• Perform in-depth repairs on Acura vehicles
• Mentor Express Technicians
• Maintain and organize shop and workspace
• All other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of automotive experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• ASE certifications preferred
• Acura or Honda certifications a plus
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
