To support the delivery process and stability of our products, we can also count on our Product Support team, QA team, and SRE team who, alongside our Product and People team, Director/Architect and VP Engineering, are constantly looking to overcome new challenges, to innovate, and to ensure the success of our products and satisfaction of our customers.<br/><br/><strong>Your challenge:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and deliver software solutions that meet customers needs quickly and efficiently - you can apply the 80/20 rule</li> <li>Create high-quality code with a well-structured and maintainable design</li> <li>Keep our codebase tested and secure</li> <li>Profiling and benchmarking our codebase to identify bottlenecks - you are interested in running regular benchmarks</li> <li>Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, logging, and e2e testing - you have a you-build-it-you-run-it mentality</li> <li>Providing guidance to other developers and act as a mentor for juniors</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience in software development as fullstack developer</li> <li>Experienced with containers and debugging containerised microservices</li> <li>Experienced in using and working in a Linux-based environment - you like the terminal</li> <li>Experience with Ruby/Rails and Node.js - additional experience with Vue.js and React is a plus</li> <li>Familiar with multiple databases such as Postgres, MongoDB and Redis</li> <li>Familiar with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, NATS or others</li> <li>Familiar with hyperscalers, preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS</li> <li>Experience with writing well-tested and high-quality code</li> <li>Ideally worked with Kubernetes and familiar with writing Helm charts</li> <li>Open to various programming languages and willing to learn continuously</li> <li>Good communication skills and the ability to present new concepts to our management</li> <li>Passionate about mentoring and sharing best approaches</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Life at Cognigy: what we offer you</strong></p><p>We are an ambitious and international tech company with a great culture, and we make sure that everyone feels welcome.
