Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide direct administrative support to the COO and executive leaders (e.g., CRO)
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executives.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments made by executives.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work, including sensitive company matters.
- Anticipate needs and proactively take tasks off leadership’s plates.
- Take on special assignments as needed.
Office Management
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Organize and oversee office operations: building maintenance, supplies, cleanliness, and readiness.
- Help shape company culture by organizing events and team activities.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of executive assisting, HR, finance, or office coordination experience (internships or campus leadership roles welcome).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with sharp attention to detail.
