The Job:

• Management of market and product data related to both new product launches and existing product
• Presentation of product and business related materials to key stakeholders
• Conducting user research to identify market opportunities and drive decision making for projects in development
• Manage and lead the NPD stage gate process for new product development, ensuring all tasks are completed correctly
• Understand trends in the industry and develop a deep understanding of the end user in order to incorporate these insights into successful new product launches
• Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain back-end systems essential in the launch of new products
• Able to author and clearly present product updates to key stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset balanced with the ability to have a high level of autonomy
• Role is hybrid with 3 days per week based out of our Towson, Maryland office
