Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities

 

 


Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them through the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect car to meet their needs and preferences.
Guide customers through the entire sales experience, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest vehicles, promotions, and dealership offerings.
Build and foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional post-sale support.
Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success of the team.
Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented, and family-friendly dealership environment.

QualificationsAutomotive Sales Representative Qualifications


Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or car sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
A positive, customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering an exceptional car-buying experience.
