Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY 

As a Training Specialist, you will deliver onsite training to customers in the mechanical contractor space, helping them maximize and extend their usage of our products throughout their organization. This position will require you to travel on a regular basis (approximately 60%).  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learn and become proficient in FieldEdge products and features 

  • Travel to customer facilities to deliver onsite training on the FieldEdge products and features 

  • Deliver training on the FieldEdge products and features remotely 

  • Work with subject matter experts to create client-facing training materials 

  • Assist in updating training course materials and website training content 

  • Assist with development of internal training for new and existing employees 

  • Facilitate problem-solving between end user and the FieldEdge team 

  • Keep up with product updates and releases

  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
