Ad Network Operations Associate

We are looking for an Ad Network Operations Associate who will be dedicated to our suite of owned and operated web properties. You will be a part of the Growth Team and collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with affiliate marketing partners. The role represents a key growth initiative for the company, which will reflect in the projects undertaken and visibility to the management team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships, experience with setting up affiliate marketing campaigns, data-driven and detail oriented, highly organized, and one who proactively seeks opportunities for growth and leadership.

Essential Functions:

• Day-to-day operations of tracking and analyzing the performance of affiliate partner campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing campaigns to maximize results using tracking software, reviewing reports, and evaluating the effectiveness of various marketing strategies.
• Onboard new affiliate partners and configure campaign links and tracking in advertising system and testing and troubleshooting as needed.
• Monitor campaign pacing and recommend optimizations to ensure campaign goals are achieved, using KPIs including but not limited to Earnings-Per-Click (EPC), Conversion Rate (CVR), Click-Through Rate (CTR).
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to excel, taking a proactive approach to performance optimization while also fostering a positive long-term relationship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Pushnami including but not limited to Data Science, Advertising, Product and Development, and Client Success to integrate new monetization channels, identify new opportunities for growth, and provide input on optimizing existing integrations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience managing affiliate marketing campaigns and client relationships.
• Experience setting up tracking links for advertising campaigns within tracking platforms such as Everflow and Hitpath.
• Extremely organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and projects, in addition to communicating progress to clients and leadership as needed.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage client relationships.
• Highly analytical and detail oriented, with experience in data-driven analysis using BI tools such as Looker, Grafana to create dashboards and reports.
• Continuous learning mindset with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry and lead generation is a plus.
• Conceptual knowledge of API is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency in Google Workspaces (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
