Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and restore wood, upholstery, and metal furniture to rental standards.
• Conduct touch-ups, refinishing, and structural repairs on various furniture pieces.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and repair equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect furniture for defects and proactively address maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely turnaround of inventory.

• Prior experience in furniture repair, woodworking, or upholstery is required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Skilled in refinishing, painting, staining, color matching, laminate repair and general furniture restoration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and repair materials.
• Physical ability to lift and move furniture as needed.
