Product Manager Intern, Communication Integrations Team

As the Product Manager Intern, you will work with a cross-functional team of software engineers, UX designers, marketers, and product managers to drive the implementation and launch of new automation features that save people time and help them collaborate more effectively.

This is a remote internship at Smartsheet, based in the USA. You will report to a Product Manager for 10-12 weeks over the summer months. The rate of pay for this role is $30.00  hourly.

You Will:

• Turn a one-page brief of related product enhancement ideas into a compelling vision document for your product area. 
• Guide one or more features/enhancements through implementation and launch, crafting product requirements and drafting launch/training collateral, breaking the work into a well-prioritized plan, and making the call on prioritization and trade-offs where necessary.
• Define, track, analyze, and report out on key metrics related to your product area.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, User Experience, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Analyze customer feedback, and market and competitive trends, to deliver insights that will inform the product roadmap.

You Have:

• Passion to make customers and colleagues successful.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working collaboratively and delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
• The ability to make data-driven decisions and gain buy-in from leaders and peers alike.
• Experience with technical disciplines, such as Computer Science/Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or related.
• Rising college Senior or recent graduate or equivalent.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
