We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Assistant to join our Orlando team. This role involves supporting the sales department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in administrative and operational tasks

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation

• Respond to client inquiries and assist in follow-ups

• Maintain and update customer records and databases

• Coordinate schedules and appointments for sales representatives

• Assist in preparing reports and tracking sales metrics

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• 1+ years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
