Position: Data Entry Administrator

The pay for this role is $20/hour.
What You'll Do
About this Role
The Data Entry Administrator Intern will primarily focus on managing and maintaining accurate and organized information within PAR’s database. This involves accurately entering, updating, and verifying data, as well as ensuring its security and confidentiality. They may also assist with creating reports, organizing files, and providing administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Creating and/or generating reports and tracking documents
- Review, for completeness and accuracy, data, documents, spreadsheets, financials, reports, placemats, scorecards, etc. Errors, formatting issues, and the like, to be resolved before publishing or posting
- Ticket Screening
- Some outbound telephone work
- Support Service Center Representatives as needed
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures (step by step, workflow charts, etc.)
- Primarily data entry into our fleet database
- Some outbound telephone work

Qualifications
- Meet performance expectations and metrics
- Interpret and communicate gas and electric distribution and transmission field and engineering records
- Strong presentational skills
- Communicate effectively (written and oral) between internal and external customers, and the excavating community.
- Must be proficient in computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to adapt to specialized software programs
- Capability of gathering and analyzing data for reporting accuracy
- General understanding of industry standards, processes and utility practices
- Must be proficient in computer programs
- Ability to adapt to specialized software programs
- General understanding of Fleet
