Frontier Direct Care is looking for a Medical Support Staff (MSS) to empower our members to take control of their healthcare. As an MSS at Frontier Direct Care, you'll have the opportunity to craft amazing user experiences to delight Frontier members and give our team members the autonomy to create and excel. What You Will Be Doing

• Educate and empower members on how they can use their membership inside and outside of Frontier
• Be on a team! Work with your paired PCP to create surprise and delight for your mutually assigned patient panel (we keep those panels small too)
• Be a quarterback for your PCP - Your PCP calls the plays and you help carry the ball forward. Coordinating and anticipating physician needs related to patient care to set him or her up for success. Some of the items include; Keep up to date - Hint Health (billing software)/ Akute (EMR), Prescriptions - new and refills, Coordinate with our contracted outside service providers (imaging, labs, or specialists), Coordinate with our contracted outside service providers (imaging, labs, or specialists), keeping an eye on inventory and order more when necessary.
• Promote Frontier culture of being intentionally relational with the personal care members receive in and out of your practice.
• Welcome all members at any point of contact. Healthcare can be scary, but your smiling face and attention to detail lets them know they are in good hands.
• Create regular follow up to ensure members feel cared for and know that YOU "got their back" in the complicated medical system
• Customize the member experience by communicating directly with your patients by phone, text, and email whenever you want. No barriers!
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to restock exam rooms and manage inventory of supplies, instruments and equipment in the lab. Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization in the .
