DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

   • Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
   • Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience.
   • Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items with enthusiasm and knowledge.

2. Prepare and Serve Quality Products:

   • Prepare and serve menu items according to Chick-fil-A’s high standards.
   • Ensure all products are fresh, properly prepared, and presented beautifully.

3. Maintain a Clean and Inviting Environment:

   • Keep the cashier area and dining room clean, organized, and inviting.
   • Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

4. Team Collaboration:

   • Work seamlessly with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
   • Support kitchen staff and other crew members as needed to meet guest needs.

5. Foster a Positive Atmosphere:

   • Exhibit a positive attitude and contribute to a welcoming, upbeat environment.
