<p>SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit</p><p>Front Office Agent</p><p>for the Monasty Autograph Collection</p><p>(in the city center of Thessaloniki)</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>As a Front Office Agent your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul> <li>Providing consistent excellent service to guests upon arrival, and during their stay, from check-in to checkout.</li> <li>Welcoming and registering guests expeditiously, providing information to them as needed, obtaining identification and credit/check approval as directed by hotel policy.</li> <li>Verifying rate and departure date. Confirmation and modification of information required to complete the registration process as per hotel procedures.</li> <li>Answering all guest questions accurately and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.
