Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Help build the strategy for the India go-to-market team Oversee Sales Operations Teams supporting the Enterprise and Strategic Tech business; work cross functionally to structure problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses to turn data into meaningful insights, and drive solutions and actionable recommendations and results through a rigorous, data-driven process
  • Represent the Sales Operations Org on internal calls for new initiatives, launches and any process related changes
  • Participate in CPQ Transformation and drive adoption with Sales Operations and the Sales Teams
  • Align corporate strategic priorities into regional application
  • Understand and draw insights from key industry and customer trends provide insight to the organization
  • Develop strategic and business cases working with cross-functional teams outlining business opportunity, rationale, and operational plans to grow the region
  • Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution
  • Support the India AMS Sales Leadership in the Enterprise and Strategic Tech business in keeping with deal velocity and managing priorities effectively developing key presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Own and build the annual budget and plan for India sales
  • Be an escalation point to help enable the sales team in their day to day challenges to help resolve and navigate hiring, with deal structuring, discounting, forecasting concerns and commission exception requirements territory mapping, split and coverage decisions
  • Manage a Sales Operations Deal Team of 10-15 Operations Specialists and 2-3 Sales Operations Managers

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate: 

  • Sales Operations experience managing a larger team for 2-4 years
  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience that is specific to deal structuring, forecasting and supporting Sales Leaders
  • Experience working on go-to-market or sales related strategic and operational topics
  • Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfort in business and technical discussions
  • Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions
  • Strong team player who is also an independent thinker
  • Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
  • Software industry domain expertise, and the ability to understand complex technology problems is a plus
  • Strong people development and influencing skills; able to build and drive extended and virtual teams

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $129,000 - $225,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
