Sales Representative & Customer Service

Your role as a Sales Representative & Customer Service professional will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services. You will be instrumental in resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Identify and promote additional products and services to enhance customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document customer interactions and update records accordingly.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service is an asset, but not required.
• Interesting in learning and deploying sales strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with computer systems and data entry.
• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Experience in call center or retail environments is a plus.
