Sentara Health is hiring for a Patient Accounts Manager- Home Infusion!

Status: Full-Time permanent position (40 hours)

Standard working hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST, M-F

Location: Hybrid position. Will report 2 x week at 824 N Military Hwy. Ste 100. Norfolk, VA 23502.

Job responsibilities:

• Position manages various aspects of the Home Infusion Accounts Receivable including  Billing, Denials and Follow-up.  

• Responsible for AR Performance and meeting organizational KPI's for area of responsibility.

• Each Manager is responsible for developing and implementing long-range work plans, resource and workflow management and is accountable for effectively managing costs within their respective work areas.  

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years Revenue Cycle experience in a Health Care Setting REQUIRED

• 5 years revenue cycle experience REQUIRED in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
