Summary
This role manages and oversees the cost accounting function for Innvictis, while providing direction and oversight to cost accountants performing costing activities and partnering with business members to support the operations of Innvictis Crop Care and Innvictis BioScience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial and business related analyses and research.
- Interact as a liaison between business and finance departments to provide an understanding of business problems and solutions.
- Ensure the operation's information requirements for decision-making are met and provide interpretation.
- Assist in cash forecasting and managing disbursements.
- Manage multiple team members
- Actively involved in process creation and design sessions as part of system integration work impacting this business lines’ current ERP
Typical Education
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or universityRelevant Experience
- 8+ years related experience and/or training
- Extensive experience in cost accounting, financial accounting, inventory management, budgeting, expense reporting, cash forecasting, process design, managing teams, and ad hoc analysis required.
- Candidates with experience in the ag sector, seed, fertilizer, or chemicals industries strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience using reporting tools like PowerBI a plus
Required Certifications
CPA or CMA desired but not required
