Job Description
As part of Renesas’s Performance Computing Power Business, you will manage the day-to-day activities required to optimize and grow revenue & margin and drive customer satisfaction associated with assigned product lines.
You will partner with Operations, NPI teams and Marketing organizations to ensure business objectives are met.

What you will do:
- Demand Planning, Revenue, Forecast
- AOP/MTP/LTP – support BU in driving bottom-up forecast for Annual Operating Plan, Mid-Term Plan, and Long-Term Plan.
- Ensured management revenue goals are met each quarter through close communication with the Product Line Manager and Sales.
- Prepare revenue forecast for Monthly Ops revenue alignment.
- Generates ship demand forecast and enter to forecasting database.
- Samples:
- Support pre and post release samples activities for assigned product line.
- Interface regularly with Product Marketing, Product Engineer, and Planning to approve and ship samples to customers.
- Supply and Escalation:
- Be the point of contact for customer escalations for the assigned product line.
- Resolved escalations and allocations of product working with customers, sales, manufacturing, and planning.
- Weekly review of backlog and planned ship date. Highlight any supply gap or any constraints (bottleneck) to meet revenue plans well in advance to avoid any last-minute surprises in customer delivery.
- Monthly demand/supply plan review, identify any constraints within the planning horizon to manage potential revenue risk, and review medium to long term plans so that adequate wafer starts requests to support the Business Units revenue goal.
- Monthly Wafers Start review. Identify supply versus forecast gap, determine new starts including risks built in collaborative effort with Operations and Product Line Managers.
- Analysis:
- Manage weeks of inventory, day of inventory, Errors or Omissions to maintain healthy level according to corporate guidance.
- Perform detailed analysis of historical information and competitive factors to guide future decisions and activities.
Qualifications
- BS Degree with industrial experience/ semi condor flow.
- 10+ years in a business role with relevant experience with pricing, forecasting, analysis and management support.
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex forecasting through OEM/CM/Disty
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership, people management & influencing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application –Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Data analysis experience. Ability to solve complex problems or working relationships.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Positive attitude, self-starter, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and of responsibility and deadline-driven
Additional Information
The expected annual pay range for this position is $143K - $179K. This position is also eligible for STI bonus opportunities and commission pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
