Job Description

This client-facing role will help the customer redesign and define business processes and execute strategies to migrate critical enterprise services to the customer’s Shared Service platform. Work with customers, anticipating their needs, and providing well thought out recommendations and solutions. Work independently and as a team member. Responsible for managing project details including schedule management, risk management, communications management, and stakeholder management.

Must have:

• 2 years experience participating or leading business process improvement efforts, change management or project management
• Bachelors degree

Nice to have:

• Experience with Human Resources
• Experience with Risk Management
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green belt minimum) 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
