About this role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Berlin to help our Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team to take our hiring activities to the next level, to grow and build high performance teams.
This will be done by sourcing, assessing, and guiding candidates on their journey, as well as acting as a strong partner to our hiring managers. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and will have the opportunity to work directly in shaping our hiring strategy
- Owning and managing the end-to-end recruiting process (For Business and Tech roles)
- Defining and implementing suitable recruiting/sourcing strategies in order to find the best and most motivated talent
- Working closely with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the whole recruiting process
- Continuously improving our talent acquisition function, including the identification of improvement areas and rolling out best practices
- Work on TA projects in order to elevate and automate our processes.
Responsibilities:
- You bring a solid knowledge and experience as an in-house talent acquisition (e.g. in Active Sourcing and Interviewing)
- Managing a full recruitment cycle for different roles, and independently work with Hiring Managers
- Actively working on understanding the roles in-depth and building relationships with the hiring managers.
- Applying multiple sourcing and recruiting tactics to find the best talent and creating a pipeline for future roles.
- Regularly report on recruitment metrics.
- Actively looking for ways to improve the processes, workflows, and the use of tools.
- Actively working on candidate engagement via social media platforms.
- Being able to strive in a high pace environment
- Communication: You are a to-the-point communicator, able to adapt your message and influence your target group, in verbal and written form as well as in the documentation of processes
- Organisational skills: You have a very structured way of working, being able to prioritise a variety of tasks, complete them diligently and handle several complex tasks at the same time
- You are business-fluent in English
Your Profile is a match if you are:
- Around 2-3 years of experience as a recruiter in managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles
- Experienced with Engineering, Product, and Entry level roles (Editorial, Community Support...)
- Familiar with ATS candidate (GreenHouse) and job management
- Familiar with sourcing tools, particularly LI Recruiter
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English.
- A results-driven person.
- A detailed-oriented person, taking pride in making sure your work is accurate and well executed.
- Accountable for the work assigned to you and always make sure you follow up.
- Patient and resilient.
- Curious, proactive, and accountable that always want to see the big picture.
