Accounting Advisory Internship: Jan - April 2026

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Accounting Advisory Department.  This team works with small-to mid-sized businesses by integrating business and owner strategies, so clients understand their impact on future success. Our professionals provide preparation of compilation and review attest engagements, including performing analytical procedures. Additionally, team members help with financial statement preparation.

As an Intern, you will learn the skills necessary for performing compilations and reviews. Working directly with client issues means you will see business operations close-up. You will be given the support you need to develop a breadth of skills and experiences that will enable you to achieve your goals. Responsibilities

• Compilation and review services for family-owned and closely held businesses
• Workpaper preparation
• Traveling to client site up to 1-2 days per week
• Tax planning and preparation, if interested
• Bookkeeping (day-to-day, quarterly, and unique situations), if interested

Requirements

• Accounting Major working towards 150 credit hours
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid track record of academic achievements

• Completion of intermediate accounting course(s)
• Completion of some Tax and/or Audit course(s) by time of internship
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Exemplary communication and organizational skills
• Strong desire to learn and develop professionally
• Motivated to serve clients
• Desire to be a team player

Internships are paid, full-time experiences which run January – April in our Eden Prairie, Minnesota office. We recruit well in advance of this time frame to allow youflexibility and time to make arrangements for housing and required classes.

The wage for this position is $28.00 per hour. This salary range reflects anticipated responsibilities and qualifications of a successful candidate for this role. Final compensation may vary depending on an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
