Every day, our teams across the world bring to life our purpose: to expand the way the world sees beauty by empowering the ExtraOrdinary in each of us.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are united by a common goal - to reimagine the future of beauty.</p> <p> </p> <p>The opportunity:</p> <p> </p> <p>Within the Global Human Resources Department, reporting to the VP Global Talent, Learning &amp; Development, you will be responsible for accelerating the Sephora Talent management roadmap in a growing organization, with a highly dynamic and engaging culture. </p> <p>You will contribute to offer the best career experience to our Sephora talents while building the right talent capabilities to deliver our business ambition. </p> <p> </p> <p>You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:</p> <p> </p> <p>Together with the HR community across different regions, the global HR team and LVMH Talent team, your impact will be measured on the following missions: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Coordinate our annual talent review (OMR – Organization Management Review) campaign at a global level partnering with all Regional Talent Directors, the Group HR teams and, our HRIS team to ensure Talent data reliability. Coordinate the OMR actions all year long. </li> <li>Lead and coordinate our global talent performance appraisal &amp; development campaign (RISE). </li> <li>Contribute to the design and implementation of Career development policies and tools, aiming to achieve our Sephora objective of internal staffing first and a transformation of our career discussions and mobility practices </li> <li>Animate regular Sephora Talent Management Community Meetings to drive our Talent management agenda, increase international assignments, share best practices across regions. </li> <li>Represent Talent Management at Sephora within LVMH Group and partner with colleagues from other Maisons. </li> <li>Map out, design and implement global talent development offers for some of our key talents to complement the Talent management programs by region and functions, with a focus on GM, Top stores managers and Early Career Professionals (programs, experiences). </li> <li>Provide to our Talent community strategic insight on the market best practices in Talent Management for Sephora to deliver its promise to be the employer of choice in Retail. </li> <li>Contribute with the team on initiatives, and lead Ad-hoc HR/Talent Development projects as required and to continuously elevate people &amp; management skills. </li> </ul> <p><em>Key interactions:</em></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>HRDs and Talent Managers in our different regions (Asia, EME, North America, LatAm, Global &amp; Sephora collection) </li> <li>Global HR leaders: Talent Acquisition, Learning, DE&amp;I, Employer Brand &amp; Engagement  </li> <li>Global HRIS Director &amp; team </li> <li>LVMH Talent Management team</li> </ul> <p>Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are … </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Higher education in HR or related field required; Master’s degree preferred </li> <li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR at a global company, Talent Management expertise </li> <li>Experience working across networks, functions, and geographies - partnering with multiple internal stakeholders at different levels in the organization </li> <li>Ability to lead transformation projects with company-wide impact while being hands on, with strong project and change management skills </li> <li>Awareness of talents trends, practices and current events shaping our internal and external landscape and approach </li> <li>Ability to leverage and influence HR tech and Talent data  </li> <li>Values Uniqueness and Differences – Highest ethical standards and ability to model inclusive leadership and allyship in action and communication</li> <li>Drives results – Translates broad challenges, metrics, research, and trends into strategy and future-proof processes. Encourages synergies and best practice sharing</li> <li>Fluent English.
