Your Role as a Home Care Supporter

As a Home Care Supporter, you’ll assist clients with daily living activities and provide companionship. Responsibilities will vary based on client needs and may include:

• Personal Care Assistance: Helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Household Maintenance: Light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Transportation Services: Providing reliable rides to appointments, errands, or social activities.
• Engaging Companionship: Offering conversation and participation in activities to uplift clients' spirits.
• Adhering to Care Plans: Following customized plans to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Communication: Keeping open, respectful communication with families and the care team to ensure excellent client support.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dependable, caring individuals who are ready to make a positive impact. Qualifications include:

• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• A clean driving record
• Prior experience in home care is a plus, but not required; we provide thorough training
• Access to email and a mobile device for communication
• A commitment to client confidentiality and ethical standards of care
