Maintenance Supervisor – Everly at Meridian Hills | Indianapolis, IN

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee building, grounds, and amenity maintenance
- Complete service requests & apartment turns
- Respond to after-hours emergencies
- Train, lead, and schedule maintenance staff
- Manage vendors, budgets, and inventory
- Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
- Strong HVAC skills & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic tools & reliable transportation
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
